How to get rid of the login bar

Hi, so I am kind of new to WordPress, and I don’t know why this keeps happening to me. When I log out of my site, I start seeing this little login bar right at the top – https://prntscr.com/4kl5ej. It’s not just me, everyone can see it. I want to get rid of it. How do I?
