How to get rid of certain elements on Header of theme?

Hi guys.

I’m using a theme for use on iPhones. It works really well, I have articles alligned to the left and they fit in to the pixel width of the phone however..

the width of the header is way too wide, this I assume is because it has the ‘pages’ elements attached to it.

How can I get rid of the ‘pages’ links, and also will that then mean the header won’t be as wide?
