How to get quicker support

To get quicker support, please provide a URL to your galleries. If you are having an issue with one specific gallery, please provide the URL to it (the gallery needs to be public for me to view it). If you need, create a test gallery so you are not showing off client work you don’t want made public.
In most cases, I need to be able to see the issue first hand on your website or reproduce it on my own install to determine the issue and help you find a solution.
I highly recommend disabling all plugins except Sunshine, using a default WordPress theme and then seeing if the problem persists. If it goes away, then there is a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Enable your theme, then test again. If the problem appears again then it is a conflict with your theme – let me know your theme (with link to where you got the theme). Sunshine should work with just about every theme, but there are some which simply don’t follow WordPress theme coding standards which Sunshine cannot do anything about.
If the issue is not there still, enable plugins one by one until the problem re-appears. Let me know the plugin and I will investigate further.
