How to get product thumbnails to be the same height

Yeah, see, you’re on your own. The replies on these pages are by amateurs who are guessing. I’m looking for the same thing. Just found a site that says to alter pixel sizes in Customise. Trouble is, none of the options they mention are available anymore in WooCommerce; apparently they were around about 3.3 but we’re up to 7.3 and, like most computer techos they like to change stuff just for the sake of changing it ….

I understand that you would like your product thumbnails to be the same height, correct?

After checking your site, I am able to see that only 1 image(BVH1) has an inconsistent height, as all the others are the same height, as seen in the screenshot below:

Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images, and either select 1:1 or choose Custom and add your custom size to display – this will apply to all product images being displayed on your shop page, as seen in the screenshot below:

Kindly note that these settings can be altered by the theme (or possibly a plugin) you are using, and my screenshot is based on my staging site which uses the default Storefront theme, and no additional site design plugins (such as Elementor) are installed.

If you are still having issues with this, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report which can be found by navigating to WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.

Once you have this, please share the results in your response here.
