How to get pre-sales support for My Calendar Pro

  • I noticed a request for information for My Calendar Pro in this forum. You responded by saying you can’t give support for this product on WordPress.com and told the questioner to go to your private forum. However, this forum is only open to those who have purchased My Calendar Pro. I have a pre-sales question that will help us decide whether nor not to purchase My Calendar Pro. How do I ask such a question?
