How to get Plugins and Widgets data

i tried to get plugins and widget data but it says “rest_no_route”.
I used “https://www.gocria.com/wp-json/wp/v2/plugins” for plugins, and
“https://www.gocria.com/wp-json/wp/v2/widgets” for widgets.i am getting error.Could you please help me…
