How to get paragraph tags in the content of my export xml file

  • when i export my blog the content in the xml file is missing the paragraph tags. how can i get the paragraph tags put back in?

    i’m trying to migrate my content to another (non-wordpress) site.

    i’m seeing that there’s a function called wpautop that does it. is there a c# version of this function i can use in my import code to the alternative cms.
