How to get out of the “Pending review”

Hello and happy new year.
I hope I am in the right section.
I cannot use send mail because my subscription has the status “Pending Review”.

I corrected what was requested.
I checked the validity of the email addresses and I deleted all those that were not valid.
I asked for confirmation from all valid addresses and deleted all those that did not respond and all those that unsubscribed.
Now I have a list of my clients’ email addresses up to date and all confirmed with double confirmation.
However, I can’t do anything with it because the account is still in “Pending review” and I don’t know where to request it to change.
Can you help me?
