I just noticed that I have been missing support questions about a theme I host here on www.remarpro.com. Is there some way to make sure I get email notifications about those?

I subscribed via RSS just now, but I prefer to receive notifications about these via email, as I usually use RSS on my phone, where I’m never going to bother responding to support questions (typing into an itty bitty phone screen is too hard).

Just make sure that you always click on the “Notify me of follow-up posts via email” checkbox at the bottom of the page. That’s all that you need to do.

That will be for individual questions. I need to know the question exists before I can subscribe to it.

Ah OK. From what I’ve read on here before it’s up to the RSS feeds then. I don’t think there’s any other way of doing it, but maybe a moderator that knows more about the back-end system then I do could shed some light on it if I’m not correct.

You can’t basically. You can however try to configure your RSS reader to notify you via email
