How To Get Names Field To Show For Ticket Purchase

I’m trying to get the event tickets plus plugin to allow me to enter a guests name during the checkout process. I can do this with RSVP but then the visitor doesn’t checkout and pay for the tickets….when I use the purchase tickets method, no names are collected.

I’m really struggling to find out how to set this up. It seems really simple to be able to collect guest names like the rsvp does but I don’t see how to set that up. Please point me in the right direction.
