How to get my money back from None Working Miniorange social login plugin

Hi all

I bought a social login plugin from Miniorange people I think located in India, the free version of their plugin was kind of working so last week I paid them $25 for the pro version so I can use it for Woocommerce Social Login.

After I paid I received an email from them to replaced my plugin folder by the new pro one using a ftp program and make sure in the future not to upgrade plugin on woocommerce plugin section. Then I installed the product key but I kept getting message that I haven’t go pro version and now nothing works.

I contacted them and they said if we can support you we WON’T REFUND you, I did send them screen shots and many emails but they have been ignoring me completely, they do not reply any email, basically NO SUPPORT, NO REFUND, NO PRODUCT.

I do not understand how can they get away with this and still have their plugins on Woocommerce platform! How much time one ave to waste on a plugin, they are meant to work without spending days and days on it , that i why you pay for it, but they use our time and money to learn how to make plugin and experiment.

This is unbelievable, how they can just get ones money and don’t give a working product, and NO refund, and no support or respond, all other decent similar companies with decent product such as Nextend, Yith etc. give you 30 days money back guarantee if you are not happy no question asked, these people are so dishonest and desperate that they offer 14 days refund but no way in the world that they give you refund. They simply ignore you and no reply and there is no way for you to find them.

Any idea how I can get my money back from them?
