How to get link to open in new page

Odd. Some of my code disappears from above when I post. I’ll try adding some spaces to see if that makes a difference.

It should have read:
<a href=
“https://profile.to/me&#8221;
title=”Join me”>
<img src=”https://myblogdomain/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/facebook1.png”&gt;

I tried inserting <target=”_blank”>

But I must be doing it wrong – it didn’t open a new page.

That should be it. Wrap your code up in ‘ and it will format it as code on this site.
