How to get lightbox on slideshow image

Hello, we have nextgen gallery on page https://www.dexara.com.au/example/
I want functionality that, when user clicks on slideshow image, it should open in lightbox, is it possible? if yes what options need to set or is there any separate plugin for it?
I do not have that Jquery Lightbox option in other options->lightbox setting
