How to get just one part of the menu?

I have a big navigation menu, where the menu items has child menus.
For example this structure:

• Menu example

• Menu child item
• Menu child item 2

• Menu example 2

So I want a sidebar menu, where if I’m on “Menu child item” page, the sidebar menu is just Menu example child menu items.

Is there a possible query where I can filter this?
