How to get it work?

Hi,
I have installed Print-O-Matic via WordPress Add plugins and activated it. That’s it. My guess was that after placing ‘[print-me]’ on a page and in the browser clicking on the print symbol indeed would start the printer. Nothing happens however! See e.g. https://www.kwaliteitsysteem-demo3.nl/operationeel/primaire-processen/p1-inkoop-en-ontvangst. My intention is that the whole page including the flowchart would be printed.
I don’t know anything about html and things like elements, classes and ID’s.
What do I do wrong, do I have to use an extended code or so?
