    Hi all,

I downloaded this plugin yesterday, and started to use it. I only used Login Access (by IP). How I got my IP address is from this: https://ibb.co/NYzMFSr So I copy/paste IP from Default Gateway to here: https://ibb.co/c8qshvM

So I logged out and tested it out, then I got Restricted access page, even thought I’m still in the same place, same IP address. I managed to login through this supporting: https://ibb.co/bbMj7Yh

So what is the problem here? Why this happen? And how I get an IP address properly so that way I can login only by this one IP…

Thank you for your time and I’m looking forward to your solution!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @dinaddd,

The Login Access option allows you to restrict access to the admin panel of your website to all IP addresses, but the ones added in the plugin.

The IP addresses on the screenshot you provided are private IP addresses and are not routed on the Internet, which is why you see the reported error.

To obtain your public IP address (the one you should add in the Login Access feature), you may use an online tool such as the one below:

    https://www.whatismyip.com/

The IP address shown there should be added to the SiteGround security plugin.

I have already removed the previous restrictions so you can access your website’s admin panel. Now you should be able to log in and add the correct IP address.
