How to get inside the email the value before pipe

Hello,
I was read that:

And when I try to send something i can send to different recipients but i cannot get the first value (i want to include the key inside the message)
key | value
I was tried to do that:
[_raw_your-recipient] but doesn’t work.
Any help?
