    Hi @suzzyq458 ,

    If you haven’t setup SMTP yet, please set it up first so your server could send email.

    After that you need to create form from the Dashboard->Form.

    Then you can use that form from the contact template.

    I do have one more question.
    Success notice on submit is not working.

    Hi @suzzyq458 ,

    Have you set the success notice message when creating the form?
    If you haven’t, please set the message first.
    If you have, in the contact form section in editor, do you have “hide after submit” toggled on? If yes, you can toggle it off.

    Yes i have set it when I created it. Hide after submit is not on. Also The form doesn’t show on mobile.

    Do you have live site we could check?
    Or could you send us screenshots of : your form settings in Dashboard->Form, your form setting inside full site editor.

    Also I checked console and this come up `Audit usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform
    A page or script is accessing at least one of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform. Starting in Chrome 101, the amount of information available in the User Agent string will be reduced.
    To fix this issue, replace the usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform with feature detection, progressive enhancement, or migrate to navigator.userAgentData.
    Note that for performance reasons, only the first access to one of the properties is shown.

    We need the form to be on the page, so we could investigate and test the issue.
    Could you please check?

    Also please also send us screenshot of your form settings (Dashboard->Form).
    You could replace or censor all the important data such as emails and texts.

    Yes there is a form on that page at the top. The form doesn’t work on mobile which is another problem!!

    It is showing in the editor as being there but its not. I need this fixed I have been loosing customers because of this

    Why has it gone now?? I cant afford to loose anymore leads. Why is it showing now on the editor and now its not on my page. Im am very upset about this!!

    Seems now it is not even showing on my site.
    I can only see it in the editor after refreshing the page because it says THE BLOCK HAS ENCOUNTRED A PROBLEM…
    I have included a screen shot of the editor before I refreshed the page and one after.
    My entre page might need to be redone with Elementor since I am losing business.

    Hi @suzzyq458

    We notice you use some other plugins are installed.
    Try deactivate one by one until the issue block has encountered a problem disappeared.
    One of the plugin caused conflict with our plugin, we already tested it on our side.

    Also regarding form, there is an additional css added to the form.

    That css might be accidentally added while editing templates, or can be also added by other plugin.
