how to get fixed menu on desktop

Hi there, I was hoping that maybe someone would be able to help me out. My menu on the Shapely Colorlib website is not changing from desktop to mobile as it’s supposed to. On every desktop, it stays as a mobile menu and I would really like it to show as a fixed/drop-down menu. I’ve watched all the videos and read the documentation and followed all the steps and nothing seems to be working. It stays as a mobile menu. Please help
