How to Get Feed Title URL to go to Posts Page Instead of Root Folder

Hi. I use a static ‘front page’ and ‘posts page’ on my web site. When I set up a feed reader to obtain posts from my static posts page, the feed works just fine.

However, the url attached to the feed heading (the heading above the titles of individual posts) links to the web site’s home page instead of the ‘posts page’. Thus, when a person clicks through an RSS reader using the feed heading and expects to see a full list of my recent posts, they will not end up on my ‘posts page’.

Is there a way to change this?
