I have a pop-up form in my website and if someone submit the form, I’m not getting any notification. I need to come to WordPress and check manually. Is there any option for Email Notification?

    Hi @betsan

    I hope you’re well today!

Are you using popup (1) of “informational” type with a 3rd-party form added to it or (2) an “email opt-in” type with Hustle’s built-in form?

If (1) then there is no option for such notification and you’d need to look into settings of the form/form plugin that you put into the popup. Most form plugins do have, more or less advanced, notification options.

If (2) then you need to go to “Emails” settings section of the popup and there enable the “Automated Email” option. You can then configure it to be sent to e-mail provided in e-mail field on the form or you can enter your own e-mail address or both separated by comma.

    Best regards,

I need help as said I tried:

If (2) then you need to go to “Emails” settings section of the popup and there enable the “Automated Email” option. You can then configure it to be sent to e-mail provided in e-mail field on the form or you can enter your own e-mail address or both separated by comma.

    Hi @betsan,

If (2) then you need to go to “Emails” settings section of the popup and there enable the “Automated Email” option. You can then configure it to be sent to e-mail provided in e-mail field on the form or you can enter your own e-mail address or both separated by comma.

Could you please install an email log plugin and then monitor whether the emails are listed in the Email logs?

The email logs helps to track what all emails are sent from your website.

If the email logs picks the “Automated Emails” are getting sent it would mean that the issue might be more specific within the WP Email host and setting up SMTP might help in resolving it.

You can use Brandas SMTP feature or any other SMTP plugin to configure SMTP in such cases.

    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/branda/#smtp

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-send-email-in-wordpress-using-the-gmail-smtp-server/

If the emails aren’t picked in the Email log it might point the configuration in the Hustle side is incorrect. If that’s the case, then please do share the popup export so that we could check further.

Please check the following doc on how to export the popup:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hustle/#module-dashboards

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin
