How to get Elementor Popups to work with Cartflows?

    I want a certain popup to appear on the Cartflows checkout page. 2 issues I need help with:

    Issue 1: When I try to set Display Conditions, I cannot find the Cartflows Checkout pages in the Steps section. Where can I find them?

    Issue 2: Currently, for Display Conditions, I have set it to ALL. By doing so, the exit-intent popup appears but it doesn’t work properly. It flashes when the checkout page loads and does not show when users exit the page.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us!

    For issue 1: In the same setting that you have mentioned, you have to search for the Checkout or any other CartFlows pages to select it. Here is the image for the reference.

    For Issue 2: let me tell you that the displaying the popup on the CartFlows pages is not handled by the CartFlows. It is handled by the Elementor itself. So, in order to investigate it more can you please check is there any JS error on the page in the Browser’s console area due to which the popup may not be visible.

    Hi @cartflows, that is very strange. Must I do any special configuration to make the checkout page show?

    The URL of the checkout page is this eg. https://www.website.com/checkout-page/

    When I go to Elementor Display Conditions, I cannot find anything appearing when I enter the words checkout. What I see: https://i.imgur.com/oVqkpBj.png

    Thank you for sharing the more information on this.

    There might be a one case and that is, if there is a JS error on the page then call to retrieve the pages might not work and that might be a reason that you are not getting any results.

    So, can you please check that is there any JS error in the browser’s console area and if there are not JS errors then I would suggest to get in touch with the Elementor as this functionality is been handled by the Elementor.
