How to get custom fields to show up

    Hi Phil,

    I guess I am the only person ever to not understand this, given that the millennia worth of video on Youtube does not seem to contain a single second about this and there seem not to be any other support requests either.

    I can_NOT_figure out how to get the custom fields to show up on the forms. I have made them in Zendesk, I have done what I think I need to do in WordPress – but there seems to be a missing link.

    A video tutorial for this would be awesome. I have spent about 3 very frustrating hours today and am no further ahead than I was when I started.

    Hi Craig,

    I’ll see if we can create a quick video showing the process. It would be good to have one available.

    After creating the fields in Zendesk, have you assigned them to a Custom Field Group? This is how you can add those fields to a form. You add fields to a group, then you add the group to a form.
