How to get backups via FTP to work please?

    We have tried to install Wpvivid on two of our WordPress blogs so we can trial it. We are interested in buying it, if it works properly.

    We have tried to set-up FTP backup.

    Our FTP accounts’ logins work perfectly with different FTP software like Filezilla. However, whenever we try the identical login details in Wpvivid settings, we always get the following error message:

    “Failed to create a backup. Make sure you have sufficient privileges to perform the operation.”

    We have spent hours trying many different options.

    For example, we have tried ten different FTP accounts for which the logins work elsewhere. We have tried FTP at different web hosts we use. However, we always get the same error message from WPvivid.

    Secondly, do you provide pCloud back-up option? How? We can’t see the pCloud backup integration icon next to Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive etc.

    I can confirm the FTP servers we have entered the permission to create directories and files under the directory (the absolute path) we have entered.

    I also confirm that the directory (the absolute path) path we have entered is correct.
