How to get Addon>

    I purchased the addons but I don’t know how to install them. Where are they… how do I get them to use after I have paid? I purchased unlimited access because I have several sites so I am a little concerned because I can’t figure out how to retrieve it after purchase. Can anyone help? I sent several emails to support but no one is responding.

    I have the same problem. I bought the extension but didn’t receive a plugin/software to upload.
    Any help outside?

    Hi Guys,

    after purchasing you get an email with your licence code and a link where you can download the addons.

    I didn’t get the email. It is not in my inbox nor in the spam folder. Normally I get these emails, but this time not.
    How can this mail sent again? or any other support?

    Puhhhh ok, sorry, then I think you can write Greg an information. Go on wpadverts.com and take the contact formular. He answered most since some hours.

    Sorry I’m also only customer, but my order worked fine with mail and link.

    @zed81414 and @vonschulthess i just sent emails to both of you (in your email look for message from support at wpadverts.com)

    Currently, there is no client panel which would allow to download add-ons, there is just an email with link to plugin or add-ons bundle and a license code. The file you should save to your computer (and ideally backup somewhere safe), to get the latest version install the plugin on your website enter your license code and update the plugin using automatic updates (if there is a new version).
