How to get a star rating in sidebar widget?

    Hello,
    Could anyone explain to me how to get star ratings in the sidebar i.e. https://bbgsite.com

    My website is https://www.freebrowzerz.com
    I would like to add a five star rating under the text to the right of the thumbnail picture in my sidebar.

    Im assuming I need to download a plugin create a page put the star rating plugin on that page and then just link back to just the star rating in my sidebar from the page. Im probably way off but I just cant figure it out.

  • I’d like to have the exact same thing, star ratings in the sidebar.

    Just some simple code to copy & paste. This will help me sleep at night.

    I’ve seen this one and even though it offers a widget, the widget is still configured for posts, pages and comments. I don’t need a connection to any of that, just a stand alone rating system with some code or shortcode that I could paste into the sidebar.

    I don’t want to tackle GD Star Ratings, I feel it’s overkill for what I need.
