Please note I’m using a placeholder chart at the moment on the page.

I’m having an issue with the Pie Chart that would be located under the accordion titled Road Ownership by Entity

I have added in the shortcode but it still does not display and I’m not sure why this would happen because it was always there.

The theme, plugins and WordPress are all up-to-date.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @bmurph,

    Thank you for contacting us!

I checked your website and I see the Pie chart is loading fine (https://vertis.d.pr/i/ATgXxp) and I also tested on a local instance and it works as expected there too (https://vertis.d.pr/i/mSn2wb).

If the issue is happening with another chart, please add it on a testing page and share the URL here, along with a screenshot with the settings used for the chart.

    Best regards,

    Irinel

Thank you for the quick response!!

The pie chart that is showing up is a placeholder form another plugin.

I have removed it and added the shortcode from the Visualizer Plugin that is not working.

    Thanks again!
