How to generate HTML emails

I have a self-hosted WordPress site, but I run my email list through AWeber. I have an HTML email template that I use, so every time I want to send an email I have to copy and paste each heading/paragraph into this email template. Then I can send it out from AWeber.

I would like to streamline this process. My question is – is there a WP plugin that can generate a nice-looking HTML email from each new blog post? I do not want to send any emails from WordPress – I just want to generate the HTML code so I could send it from AWeber.
