How to fully uninstall Easy WP SMTP

    I’ve replaced this Easy WP SMTP plugin with an alternative and I would like to understand how I can completely uninstall it.

    So far I disabled and then removed the plugin using the WP Admin interface (Plugins page). I’m assuming there are some settings that I should be deleting as well, but I couldn’t find instructions.

    I did find this page that indicates there is an uninstall option, but I tried to follow the instructions and I simply didn’t see this option. https://easywpsmtp.com/docs/a-complete-guide-to-miscellaneous-settings/#uninstall-easy-wp-smtp. Maybe the problem was that I was using the free version instead of the pro version?

    In any case please help me understand how to fully clean up my WordPress instance. Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    You are right, to fully uninstall the Easy WP SMTP, you’ll need to follow the next steps:

    go to Easy WP SMTP -> Settings -> Misc tab -> scroll down to the Uninstall Easy WP SMTP option -> turn it on -> Save Settings -> delete the plugin.

    Ah thanks. I hadn’t noticed it was on the “Misc” tab. I see it now and seemed to work. ??
