How to fully reset / blank categories

    I’m using the latest version, but something along the way during set up corrupted, and now I have a whole slug of “blank” categories. I cannot delete them, and attempting to rename or move one, doesn’t necessarily work, and sometimes adds additional categories on its own.

    I’ve tried to factory reset, even delete the plugin and re-install it, only to have the last configuration return.

    I’m looking for ways to resolve this, as well as how to do a full factory reset, to start again with a fresh, empty, blank environment that I can try to set up again with categories and sub-categories.

    Any assistance appreciated…!

    To do a factory rest goto the bottom of the setting page and press the Restore to Default button.

    I am currently still working on the issue and will hopefully have a solution soon.

    Oddly enough, this doesn’t work. The files, options and categories remain.

    I have this very same problem. Is there any way to fix this?
    I spent forever to categories all documents in folders and sub folders and it is really not an option to restore to default…

    I have two more problems on the site showing the library:
    1) When changing between main folders, the name of the 1st folder sticks to other folders when opened and viewed.

    2) When in the main folder, the page goes all the way to the top every time I open a sub folder:(

    Can anyone please help me?

    I’ve been looking into this random issue and unfortunately have not found a solution yet.

    Recreating the issue is the problem I cannot recreate it on my end so debugging the problem is almost impossible.

    That being said I am on the case and hope to have a solution soon.

    Thank you. I really want to use this plug in, but at the moment I’m not able to. A factory reset doesn’t, and even deleting the plug in and everything associated with it doesn’t reset the state. I know it uses Google Docs as the back end — is there a way to get into Google Docs and manually destroy whatever structure is there? What structure exists is persistent, even through a factory reset or delete and re-install.
