How to: Fresh Install?

    I broke something in woocommerce, so I tried to uninstall and reinstall a fresh copy. It didn’t uninstall completely. So I dropped all of the ‘wc’ tables in php myadmin, plus the scheduler tables. When I reinstalled, there was still data in there and the plugin broke even worse. How do i uninstall completely and reinstall a totally fresh copy, that takes you all the way back to the setup wizard in the beginning.
