how to forward broken link?

a while ago I changed the link format and forgot that I submitted some of them already being linked in 3rd party website, now that if they were to click on that link, it would take them to a 404 page because my link structure changed. Is there a while that I can make wordpress forward all those visitor to the right link? for example my original link was…

now that the structure changed, it should be
https://www.sanweng.com/photoshop-tools/penpath-tool/how do I make wordpress forward all https://www.sanweng.com/penpath-tool/ to the new link?
