How to force the Admin validation ?

Hi,

I would like to know how I can force the Administrator validation, to make a new registration active ? (I have not seen this option amongst the U.M. parameters).

In other words, when a new person register to my site, I do not want that this new registration becomes active prior it has been validated by the administrator.
