    Hi there…

How to prevent rotation slider group to stop sliding, and force to continue sliding even if the mouse cursor is over it?

    Thanks.

    Hi deduka

    Thanks for reaching out.

Do you use the current version of the ad slider or an older one? If you have a version prior 1.4.0., you could test this.

    Best regards,

    Hi deduka,

    Thanks for your reply.

Can you please share a link to your website where I can see the issue?

Slides changes iteself every 5 sec. until you take mouse over them. How to avid this, and make them sliding, no mater if mouse is over or not? I did not find that option.

    Hi deduka,

Sorry for my late reply. I could reproduce this behavior on your and my test sites.

Meanwhile, I talked to the rest of the team and found out that this problem is already known and can only be solved by us and a planned rewrite of the Ad Slider add-on. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you a specific date when this will be done.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any better news for you. The only alternative I can think of would be to replace the slider with an ad refresh.

However, the update logic you know from other plugins does not work with the Ad Slider. Currently, we are on version 1.4.10 (which already shows the same issue), and I would be happy if you could reach out to our support with reference to this thread and ask for the file of the current version that fixes some other little bugs.

    Best regards,

    Joachim
