How to force cache clear when publishing a post ?

    Hello,

    When I publish a post, some parts of the website that embed “latest posts” aren’t refreshed, so I perform a manual “clear cache”.

    Is there a way to clear the whole website cache each time a post or a modification is made anywhere on the site?
