How to follow new and updated plugins?

    We do not have such a listing any more. “New” isn’t particularly useful for users.

    If you have a plugin from the repository installed that needs an update then WordPress will let you know.

    I run the Wapuu Dashboard Pet plugin as a visit to the dashboard every couple days will show the Wapuu character and its appearance will let you know a lot about the condition of your website and any needed updates.

    Plugins are best left uninstalled unless you need them and ‘word of mouth’, recommendations, good tutorials, and your own searching is probably the best way to find plugins.

    Never install a plugin just because it is there.
