How to flush cache via PHP?

    In PHP how can the cache on the server be refreshed?
    Ideally for a specific page, but in general would be fine.
    I understand Litespeed does it on a set time, however we have a standalone legacy application where when we update things, would be good to flush the server cache on our WordPress site (which pulls the legacy data via SQL)
