How to fix when static homepage changes to blog front page.

  • WordPress has changed my custom static homepage (static front page) to the default blog front page format. I think this may have occurred after updating
    I am using a theme from optimize press.
    I’ve already checked Dashbaords -> appearance ->customize -> static front page ->
    In another forum (now closed) others have had the same issue after upgrading.
    Any ideas on how to resolve this?
