Sounds like you have an invalid SSL certificate. Having an invalid SSL certificate will make web browsers display this warning. To fix this ensure that you have a valid SSL and it’s properly setup. Many hosts these days have an automatic way of doing it or can assist you with proper setups.

If you are trying to access your website securely through https:// and have not installed an SSL you can get a free one over at Let’s Encrypt.

I am using Bluehost currently, how can I check and renew the SSL certificate?

Check out the article on How to activate a free WordPress SSL Certificate for your host specifically.
