how to fix the freezen menu on mobile version?

What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

hi sir, i’m not sure as it was created by my freelance web-designer…. it might be a ‘hardcoded’ theme as according to him.. anyhow, i feel kinda ‘hard’ to request him to change for me… so i decided try my luck here… could you let me know how find it out??
