how to fix the error

I’m building my wp site in my localhost, my problem is, I received this kind of error when i clicked the “portfolio menu” in page and even viewing other post. here’s the error: The requested URL /wordpress/portfolio-4/ was not found on this server. how to fix this error in a localhost?
