how to fix the alphabet pagination issue on my site

    when you select a letter to go to next it comes up with the error page not found .
    the kinsta hosting site advised me there was no shop live page as there is a redirect from this page to product page when the site was rebuilt. and the pagination plugin is trying to find the shop homepage . can we change the search to this page url ?Gourmet Herbs and Spices – The Spice People
    is there a way we can fix this issue and work around the redirect . if we change the redirect the qr codes on my packets wont work . thankyou

    Actually this plugin is trying to redirect to an archive page, and for the product page I think the archive page is the shop page? Kindly use the help tab option on the settings page to contact the developer as this issue is specifically with your website not in the plugin somewhere.
