how to fix text on browser resize?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been fiddling with my site for a few hours, and searching the forums but can’t find an answer. I don’t know much css or php so I’ve been having trouble fixing my site…

My site, you can see that when you resize the browser the text moves left over the background picture. And if the browser window is bigger then the image moves left :/

I want my text and image to be fixed like in this pic not matter what size the browser is.

Can someone help please?
