How to fix "product features"?

I’m not sure I understand what you are referring to. Could you post a link or some screenshots maybe?

This “product features option” sounds like it is being added in by another plugin or your theme. If you disable everything except for WooCommerce does it still exist? If not, you’ll need to contact the authors of the theme or plugin that is adding in this feature.

I mean further product information on a product page. Once I add it, it only appears after clicking on “more information” (see screenshot 1: https://www.jojovogt.de/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Bildschirmfoto-2016-08-29-um-16.12.41.png).

I would like it to be visible without having to click on another button (see screenshot 2: https://www.jojovogt.de/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Bildschirmfoto-2016-08-29-um-16.12.33.png).

Consider using Woo’s Tab Manager extension – it allows you to re-order (or deactivate) tabs for each product.
