How to fix permissions

    HI,

    I surmise I have the same problem Bozz had last year, see the metnioend link.

    I would like to know which permissions need to be set, bozz did not include that information. I assume I need to make specific .htaccess settings for the plugin folder . Can anyone shed details on this ?

    Also, @acekyd should have included checks for this in the install script – it is disconcerting that setup runs flawlessly even though it cannot work due to permissions.

    Hello @dawgz, sorry about that. The permission is related to allow_url_fopen() by your hosts but it has been resolved with the use of Curl. Please update to the latest version and try again.

    It’s not included in the install script because it works regardless. So I’m surprised to hear about your situation.
