    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors know that they are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Thank you for reply. I was ready to direct for support by developers of this theme, but nowadays they turned off such opportunity. Now there is one more question that worries me. Could it be a theme bug? How to reach the developers in this case? That is why I ask for help to WordPress specialists.
