How to Fix Next/Prev Link (showing Image) in Breadcrumb

I’m currently using a plugin to display next / prev post images in breadcrumb area.

But they float based on browser size. I want to code this and fix the next/prev link.

Any advice on:

– how to hook the next/prev link into this breadcrumb (or other areas)
– how to make the links show as arrows via css, and showing post title on hover
