How to fix menu and responsive web design

  • I have zero knowledge of theme, plugins and wordpress. So please explain in details ..

    I have problem with the menu site .. the shop menu is long and ugly just want to change it to wider menu which is divided into four columns

    In addition the main image is distorted when viewed from a mobile phone …

    Any help would be really appreciated
