Thanks for sharing the URLs here with us. We have tested the relevant URLs using the Google Structured Data Testing Tool and were able to reproduce the issue on our end.

However, it’s very odd as we were unable to reproduce the relevant issue at all at a test site on our end. So, this must be something specific to your site. In this case, we’d like you to please perform a full conflict check to see whether you can find the exact cause of the issue.

The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

Hey, I have tried everything you asked me to do;
first of all disabled all the plugins all I have and then i run the URL in Structured Data Testing Tool, the result is fine there is no error. Then i enable one by one plugin and also i checked the URL every time on the Structured Data Testing Tool, find out no error, but when i turn on the yoast plugin the error appears again.

I also changed my theme to twenty twenty and disabled all the plugin except yoast, the error was still there, it seems to me the error is creating by Yoast. I have tried everything to catch the error, i think no plugins/themes are conflicting with the yoast plugin, can you please check this error again. and today i checked 63 pages are now affected by this error, day by day the number of error pages are increasing.

Can you please try resetting our indexables in the database tables by following the steps below?

1. Install & activate the?Yoast Test Helper plugin
2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test
3. Hit the “Reset indexables & migrations” button.
4. Go to SEO > Tools, and under SEO data, click the “SEO Data Optimization” button to allow Yoast to rescan your pages.

We checked this page https://microbiologynote.com/biosafety-levels/ and can confirm that the item field for the URL in the breadcrumb list item is now showing the absolute URL and not the relative URL anymore.

We tested it on Google’s Rich Results Tool and Structured Data Testing Tool and no more errors were showing.

Were you able to identify another plugin that was altering the output to relative URLs and change the settings to fix the issue?

Yes, you are right, i checked it again there is no error. Can i uninstall the ”
Yoast Test Helper” plugin from my wordpress?….or it shouldbe installed?

Please do feel free to uninstall the Yoast Test Helper plugin if you no longer require it. It’s used to reset some of the data in our plugin, as well as other settings or features that should ideally be utilized for development or staging purposes. Uninstalling it won’t cause any issues in the functionality of the Yoast SEO for WordPress plugin.
