How to Fix GWT Duplicate Meta Description issues in Word Press

    Hai all

    I am facing Duplicate meta description issues in GWT.

    Actually I am using Alpine Word press theme and am also using Yoast Plugin in this. When i post a new article it showing 2 descriptions, one is taking from Yoast plugin and other one is of home page description. Due to this am facing duplication errors in GWT. I just want to remove home page description from each page of my blog. Can any one fix this problem.
